The North Village At Twin Creeks

The North Village at Twin Creeks is the last neighborhood to be constructed in Twin Creeks and is north of Twin Creeks Crossing. A total of over 150 lots, offering narrow, medium, large, and cluster lots. We are currently building in Phases II and V on the last lots.  The Don and Flo Bohnert Farm Park is complete and offers restrooms, a covered structure, and a playground in this accessible inter-generational park. A life Trails exercise system, a tennis court, and pickle ball courts were also installed in this popular city park.  Pocket parks have been installed on N. Haskell at the cross streets of Eagle Rock and Waterside Drive; and at the corner of Buck Point and N. Haskell. At the north end of this neighborhood there will be several constructed wetlands which will treat storm water and create wildlife habitat.
